Geldner and Oldenberg both suggest reading *yuktvā́for yuktā́, and Geldner further suggests ráthe ná for ráthena. Although such emendations are legitimate in the poorly transmitted Vālakhilya, I see no reason to change the text if we can make it make sense as it stands.

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

I.e. before the Sun; the dawns are compared to truthful activewomen; cf. RV. 1.79.1

You two have the gods, the thrice eleven, (called upon); those realest of the real have appeared in front.
Taking pleasure in our sacrifice, our pressing, drink the soma, o Aśvins, as ones for whom the fire glows.

Once again Oldenberg, Geldner, and Renou are in favor of various emendations (for which see the relevant discussions), but it is possible to make sense of the text, with the only alteration from assuming that dadṛśe stands for a dissimilated *dadṛśre.

I do not know who the bull (vṛṣabháḥ) is; Oldenberg suggests Indra, Geldner Agni.
