3.1.3 अनिष्टादिकार्यधिकरणम्
‘ये वै च केऽपी’ त्यविशेषशब्दात् धूमादिकं केवलपापिनां च ।
इति त्वसत् स्यात् ‘अथ ये’ति वाक्यात् पुण्यावलम्बी तु विशेषशब्दः ॥ 3 ॥

3.1.3 अनिष्टादिकार्यधिकरणम् As there is no specific mention in the नौशीतकी passage, ‘ye vai kec sm llok t prayanti candramasa meva te sarve gacchanti’** it is clearly known that whoever departs from this world reaches the world of moon. Therefore it should be said that the sinners too go through the path of smoke to moon.
