विज्ञानस्यैव निर्भासं समाश्रित्य प्रकल्प्यते ।
स्वप्नमायोपमं नेदं महाभूतचतुष्टयम् ॥ १८९१ ॥

vijñānasyaiva nirbhāsaṃ samāśritya prakalpyate |
svapnamāyopamaṃ nedaṃ mahābhūtacatuṣṭayam || 1891 ||

All these four primary elemental substances are assumed on the basis of what appears in cognition,—just like breams and illusions. and they have no real existence.—(1891)
