ततो नावस्थितं किञ्चिद्द्रव्यमात्मादि विद्यते ।
पर्यायाव्यतिरिक्तत्वात्पर्यायाणां स्वरूपवत् ॥ ३१९ ॥tato nāvasthitaṃ kiñciddravyamātmādi vidyate |
paryāyāvyatiriktatvātparyāyāṇāṃ svarūpavat || 319 ||From all this it follows that there is no such lasting ‘substance’ as the ‘soul’ and the like; because they are not different from the ‘successive factors’,—like the form of the ‘successive factors’ themselves.—(319)
