Expert shrauta ritualists of the famed mattUru village published a couple of hefty volumes on shrauta ritual basics. Having visited a few times, plus a LOT of follow up Vishvas managed to get the source files, in late 2019 via shrI bhArgava-rAma, with the intention of making available conveniently and for free on the internet and elsewhere (thanks to their permission, as communicated by shyAmaNNa).
Originally, this work was typeset in Adobe Pagemaker 6.5, using BRH devanagari. As Vishvas was busy in many other projects, and because he didn’t have readily available software/ appropriate OS, he could not proceed with converting it into easily accessible web pages. Miss pUjA, acting on vishvAs’s appeal, ably prepared plain-text markdown files with unicode content. These form the basis of the hugo-generated website you see.
